Vescent is a digital mentoring platform designed to give teen girls what they need most right now: real human connection. With anxiety and loneliness at all-time highs – and access to mental health support unable to keep pace – AI and social media have stepped in as substitutes. But simulated companionship and endless scrolling only deepen isolation, comparison, and self-doubt.
Vescent offers something different. We pair girls with trained college mentors, supportive peer groups, and evidence-based resilience tools rooted in mental wellness. Mentors show up consistently and stand in each girl’s corner, helping her build confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging – something no chatbot or algorithm can replicate.
This is more than an app. It’s a technology-powered movement to shift girls from risk to resilience, shaping a healthier future for the next generation.

Meet Our CEO & Founder
A successful businesswoman and entrepreneur, Cindy Abel grew her career as a consultant before founding and securing a successful acquisition for her IT consulting firm, Abel Solutions.
With an eye for problem solving, Cindy turned her focus to a personal plight. As a mom of three, Cindy saw the social media impact of exclusionary behavior, cyberbullying, body image effects, and more on her own children and their friends. This experience sparked an idea that began as Liv2BMe, and would become Vescent in July 2023: to create a secure, empowering, and authentic space for teens to feel heard and heal, together.
